I saw a very similar set at eBay in the UK for 80 pounds sterling. But it was only a set for 8. It looks like this set has place settings for 12?

I just purchased a very similar set (for 12 with serving pieces, Solingen, 18/10, gold trim) that was donated to our hospital gift shop -- the price I paid was very low but I have been trying to find out what it is actually worth. My numbers provided here are only guesses.
